WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?
Virgin hair is chemically unprocessed human hair, which is collected from a single donor (the donor could be Indian, Cambodian, Russian, etc). Virgin hair cuticles are all aligned in the same direction (also known as remy), that has not been altered by any chemical treatments such as colour, relaxers or perms.
WHAT IS RAW HAIR?
Hair that has not been altered in any way...it is 100% natural and pure of any chemicals or a steaming process. Exactly how the hair naturally grows out of the scalp, is exactly how the hair is collected. It is also collected from a single donor. That is why no two bundles are identical.
REMY HAIR VS. NON-REMY HAIR
Remy hair is collected from the head of donors with a technique that keeps the hair’s cuticles properly aligned in the same direction. As a result, each hair strand is able to maintain its integrity and shine, as well as, reduce unnecessary tangles.
Non-remy hair is the remaining hair during the collection process, that is gathered from the floors of temples and salons then recycled to make a weft. This type of hair tends to tangle and matte because the cuticles aren't aligned. In an attempt to cover non-remy hairs' flaws, a silicone coating is place around the hair, but washes out after the first shampoo.

WHAT IS THE LIFE SPAN OF THE HAIR?
Although everyone’s environment varies (climate, weatherm water, etc.), with proper maintenance, product(s) and styling care, the hair will last 3-5 years.
WHAT IS THE WEIGHT OF EACH BUNDLE?
Each bundle weighs between 3.5 oz to 4 oz.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
See an item you’d like to add to your hair wardrobe at home? Select "Add to Cart" and continue shopping until you’ve added all your items to your cart. When you’re ready to finalize your purchase, click on the shopping bag icon, located at the top right section of the screen or “Check Out”, located at the bottom right section of the screen and confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, then select your check out method by logging into your account / sign up as new customer / express check out. Fill in all the required fields and complete your order.
Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
After you click “submit order” an email confirmation will be sent to you.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Please note, your account will not be charged until your order actually ships.
HOW DOES PRICING / CURRENCY WORK?
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars. You can change the currency to be viewed in USD, EUR or GBP. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically. To get an estimate of approximately what the exchange rate currently is, click HERE for online currency calculator.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN THE STORE?
You may choose the option to pick up the item in store if this option is more convenient for you. Simply, choose the delivery option as "PICK UP INSTORE" and your purchase will be ready for pick up when you receive an email notifying you that your package is now at the store. The notification email will be sent within 48 hours of your purchase, Monday - Friday.
***When you come to pick up your package, please have your method of payment, I.D. and order number ready. Your signature will be required to release the package.
"PICK UP INSTORE" orders will be held for 14 days from the purchase date. If Shera's Hair Closet is not notified for a time extension on pick up, and the order is not been picked up within the time frame, it will be deemed abandoned. The merchandise will be restocked and a refund will be issued.
*** If you wish to pick up your order in store on a weekend, your order must be placed by Friday at 12pm (noon). ***

WILL I GET CHARGED FOR TAXES / DUTIES?
We are required to collect local HST sales tax in Ontario for all local orders. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Shera's Hair Closet cannot control and take responsibility for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
If you refuse a shipment from Shera's Hair Closet, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Shera's Hair Closet. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
Are you sure it’s late? Please double check the shipping option you selected during checkout and the cut off times for ordering. You can check the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided in your Shipping Notification email. If it's before the advised shipping date on the courier’s website and you've had your dispatch email, then it’s on its way.
On rare occasions, we do come up against a bump in the road. If your ETA Delivery Date has passed, please contact the courier provider and reference the tracking number in your Shipping Email Notification.
DO YOU OFFER ANY PRICE MATCH / ADJUSTMENTS?
If you have purchased any Shera's Hair Closet items that have recently been reduced to a new regular price, we will gladly offer you a price adjustment within 14 days of the original date of purchase made online and in store. Please keep in mind, this will only be applied to products that have been reduced to a new regular price, not sale or promotional pricing.
For online orders, please email email@example.com to request a price adjustment with your name and order number. We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges.
For In-Store purchases, please stop by the store with your emailed sales receipt.
We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.
CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it is placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
To ensure expedited delivery, all orders are processed for production daily. Unfortunately, once your payment is complete orders cannot be modified, canceled or refunded.
WHAT ARE THE NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS?
All items purchased from Shera’s Hair Closet are final sale.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
If your order contains a Pre Order Item, it will be sent out without it. Once your Pre Order Item arrives, you will be sent a cart including a shipping charge to have it processed and shipped out.
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
Sale and clearance items are sold as is. Product items on clearance may be in the process of being discontinued. Sale and clearance items are a final sale, non-refundable and non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
ITEM OUT OF STOCK?
Our products are sold both online and in person at our closet showroom. Popular items sell out very quickly and although we try to stay on top of inventory before items sell out, sometimes shipments just don't arrive fast enough. If you're in need of an item that shows out of stock, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an update of the next expected shipment date or call us at 905-495-4247. WHY WAS MY ITEM REFUNDED AFTER MY PURCHASE?
Due to the uncontrolled online traffic, some items are ordered simultaneously by multiple customers and the system will process the orders as first come first serve. Therefore, item(s) ordered may become out of stock after the transaction was processed and will be refunded by our system back onto the method of payment used.
The refund may take up to 5-7 business days, this is the banking process and not something we can speed up.

Toshera and Nancy have been hair product junkies before and realize how difficult it is to find the right products for your hair. We've researched several companies and chose to focus on the integrity of the products and their authenticity.
